Eric Thompson:

• Assistant Coach for Arizona State University

• Nittany Lion Wrestling Club Coach prior to ASU

  • Worked with Kyle Snyder and David Taylor

• He has also coached at M2 Training Center and Lock Haven University

• In college, he was a three-time NAIA National Champion at Heavyweight for Grand View University, and was named NAIA Wrestler of the Year in 2012.

• Went to high school at Waverly-Shell Rock High School in Iowa

  • Two-time Iowa State Champion

  • Rated the top Heavyweight Recruit in the class of 2008 by Intermat

  • He was a part of two state championship teams at Waverly-Shell Rock
